The delicious Dutch manufacturer has now announced that they will be taking their pop-up restaurant on a global tour, forming a new 3D printed food organization called Food Ink that will see a number of international designers, chefs, and technologists from London, Barcelona and Maastricht opening temporary 3D printing restaurants in various locations around the world.
3D nyomtatóval készült ételekről már sok hír szólt - pár évvel ezelőtt én is megosztottam egy spagettis vacsorát. Most már beszálltak menő séfek is, nem csak pizza és csokiszelet jön ki a nyomtatóból.
Mi jön ki ebből? Optimisták szerint az éhezés megszüntetéséhez is hozzájárulhat az új technológia. Na, ehhez alaposan meg kellene változnia a világnak! De jó lenne!
